Embodiment is a gift which we celebrate through the weaving of our unique physical practice. Movement gives us the opportunity to activate this gift and become fully present and empowered.
Our movement programs are interdisciplinary and non-dogmatic. Inspired by natural movement, the martial & internal arts and yoga we gain physical awareness, resiliency, longevity. Offerings for all levels through in person journeys and an online curriculum.

MOVEMENT FUNDAMENTALS / FOUNDATIONS TO FLOW WITH
Movement Fundamentals is a series of Movement patterns inspired by the engineering and natural intelligence of the Human Body.
Easy to follow narrated videos designed to inspire those curious to expand their physical repertoire and improve there overall movement
Each video can be interpreted in multiple ways.
. Purely as a isolated Movement
. A sequential exercise routine
. A primal locomotion pattern or
. A creative Movement expression
This serious of videos make up a part of an extensive library of Natural and creative Movements designed to explore and develop our true physical potential.
The Suggested Approach -
-Take each Video as an isolated task.
-Break it down using your observation
-Listen to the cues.
-Practice, fail as many times as necessary and be totally ok with making
mistakes. They are highly encouraged.
-Trust in the natural intelligence of your body!
-You can work for time.

Alex & Sage guide us through the foundations of natural and progressive movement. This practice is designed to highlight body awareness and challenge us to move and play differently.
Recommended any time of day for a more rigorous challenge, these basic movements can be done at your own pace and mastered prior to putting them into a flow sequence.
Alex was introduced to Martial Arts and Tennis at childhood. The realm of physicality has evolved to become a lifelong exploration through the world of movement research and play.
Movement culture has become very pivotal in creating his practice. Martial Arts, Contemporary Dance and Circus Arts fuel his inspiration. He has been a movement facilitator for over 15 years.

This practice is culled from yoga, qigong, the Feldenkrais Method and natural movement principles. We focus on the basic biomechanics for how our bodies are designed to move, heal and regenerate. To access & illuminate the core competencies of human motion, we will move S.L.O. — Sustainable, Locomotive and Organic.
Quick with a smile, a boisterous laugh and a light heart, Julian joyfully works as an advocate for wellbeing, thriving health and transformation.
He currently teaches internationally, specializing in a variety of purification & movement practices for the body, mindfulness techniques to sharpen self-awareness and spiritual arts for soul connection. His work is culled from various healing traditions such as qigong, yoga, Andean/Amazonian shamanism, conscious touch and holistic nutrition. Julian sees his work as his dharma, an art form and an opportunity to enhance the wellbeing of others.

An introduction to the Calligraphy Health System developed by Master Zen Hua Yang. An internal arts and energetic practice from the Shaolin Lineage. The practice is built to boost your immune system; it helps with organ function, healthy blood flow, and oxygenation of cells. It is an intentional practice built for all levels.
Karina is the founder of Sovereign x Nature, Root to Ritual and The Sacred Session.
She is a certified Holistic Health Practitioner- her focus is helping people cultivate embodiment, energy, vitality and longevity.
Her approach to wellbeing includes meditation, elemental medicine, yoga, energetic internal arts, reiki and nutrition. Karina holds space from a place of non-judgment, creating a container where people can shed, remember, reconnect and expand mindfulness.
