OPEN HEARTED WARRIOR
MEN'S GROUP
FIRE & ICE GATHERING
Sunday Oct 17th @ Koru Wellness Center
You are cordially invited to join the Open Hearted Warrior & Y’d Open Men’s Group — for our first in person Fire & Ice gathering at Koru Wellness Center in Doylestown, PA.
We will gather on Sunday, October 17th with the intention of generating a compassionate, safe space to connect, share, inspire and create an authentic community. For one day we will make a sanctuary from the outside world so we can challenge ourselves physically, mentally, and emotionally and equip one another with tools that we can take back into the world and put into daily practice.
We believe that with our hearts & minds conjoined, we can find something greater within and make a greater impact when we go out. With pause, reflection, and brotherhood; we can find new ways to travel this journey together.
Our intention is to create a safe space to dive into what makes us uncomfortable so that we can discover deeper truths about ourselves — and to find ways to become our best selves.
We hope that you will join us on this Open-Hearted Warrior & Y’d Open Men’s Group Experience. Who knows where it will take us but we’re excited to find out.
WHATS INCLUDED:
2 Movement Sessions
Fire & Ice Experience With Cold Plunge
Breathwork
Meditation Exercises
Cacao Ceremony
Sharing Circle
Organic Lunch and Smoothie bar

COLIN KIRTS
Colin Kirts is a somatic educator.
He co-founded and co-owns KORU Real Wellness education center, in Doylestown, PA, as well as Real Wellness Somatic Education Model.
He has been studying somatic knowledge intentionally since at least 2007, when he became a student of The Feldenkrais Method, and unintentionally his entire life, having always prioritized his sense of self as a body.
Colin has a Bachelor’s Degree in Religious Studies from Columbia University. As he sees it, the oldest stories all refer back to what he calls real wellness: The capacity to understand oneself and one’s world with an awareness of the body, and to create a life worth living, based upon this awareness. In other words, prioritizing a sense of self as the body isn’t just a nice idea, it’s a biological imperative, and it has been since the dawn of time.
Colin is also an author and an athlete by nature, a love of Whitman, and he has a unique fondness for Polar Bears. He lives in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, with his family and his 10 year old son, Gryphon.

JULIAN DEVOE
Quick with a smile, a boisterous laugh and a light heart, Julian joyfully works as an advocate for wellbeing, thriving health and transformation. He is a founding partner of Sovereign by Nature wellness platform based in Nosara, Costa Rica.
He currently teaches internationally, specializing in a variety of purification & movement practices for the body, mindfulness techniques to sharpen self-awareness and spiritual arts for soul connection. His work is culled from various healing traditions such as qigong, yoga, Andean/Amazonian shamanism, conscious touch and holistic nutrition. OUR HOME FOR THE DAY - KORU REAL WELLNESS CENTER
Real wellness starts with understanding the relationships between mental health, movement, and, quite simply, the reality that everything is connected.
We take a holistic approach to your wellness, including what you eat, how you perceive yourself, the way you move, your movement patterns, and your environment.
At KORU we focus mostly on improving your awareness of these universal relationships.
